Students at South Bank University Sixth Form (SBUSixth) achieved an impressive 98% pass rate with 43% of students attaining exceptionally high grades at Distinction, Distinction, Distinction (DDD) and above.

Results Day at SBUSixth was a moment of pride and celebration as students opened their envelopes to reveal a superb set of results. These achievements not only reflect the students’ dedication but also highlight the exceptional technical education provided by SBUSixth. This year students surpassed UK national averages, showcasing the impact of our industry-focused approach and cutting-edge facilities. 

Once again SBUSixth students demonstrated considerable academic prowess with many achieving DDD, which is equivalent to securing three A grades at A level; a remarkable accomplishment that places the Sixth Form students well above the national average.

Gardiner & Theobald is a leading independent construction and property consultancy, known globally for its expertise in quantity surveying, project management, and advisory services. Toby Shaw has achieved outstanding grades of Distinction Star, Distinction Star, Distinction (D*, D*, D) in the Engineering BTEC programme. His passion for motorsport has driven him to excel, and he has been accepted into Chichester College Group to study Motorsport Engineering.

Chichester College Group is renowned for its specialised courses in engineering and technology, particularly in the field of motorsport. The programme at Chichester offers a comprehensive education in the design, development, and maintenance of high-performance vehicles, preparing students for careers in the dynamic world of motorsports.

Keiyana Brissett, who studied Health & Social Care at SBUSixth, achieved a strong set of grades and has been accepted into King’s College London to pursue a degree in Adult Nursing.

King’s College London is one of the world’s leading universities, particularly renowned for its healthcare and nursing programmes. The Adult Nursing course at King’s College London prepares students to provide compassionate, evidence-based care in a variety of healthcare settings.
