SBU Sixth Form opened in September 2023. In January 2025, Ofsted carried out a ‘New Provider Inspection’ here. The report, published in March 2025, judged that we were making ‘Reasonable Progress’ and that we would have our first full Ofsted inspection within about 18 months of that date.
On publication of the report, our Principal, Kishan Pithia, said: “The many positive comments of the inspection team are testament to the hard work and dedication of our staff. As a highly-focused technical sixth form for ambitious students, we are delighted that our purpose has been officially recognised and validated.”
