The SBUSixth student robotics team are into the UK National Finals of the FIRST Tech Challenge after winning the regional heat on Saturday (21 March 2026). The team’s robot, Alpha, defeated competitors from 20 other London schools and colleges at the heat in St John’s Wood.
Engineering students Samuil, Tobi, Adam, Chris, Ethan and Benjamin, along with lecturer Mr Tse, have been preparing for the tournament over the year and their robot attracted a lot of attention in the arena!
