SBU Sixth Form wishes all students, colleagues, partners and friends a restful break.
Information on the closure period in March/April 2026
Friday 27 March: scheduled lessons finish at lunchtime.
Monday 30 March – Friday 10 April: Only those students who have been asked to attend by their tutor for particular sessions should come to the sixth form. The building is closed to all over the Easter weekend (3-6 April)
Monday 13 April: SBU Sixth Form is open with regular timetable resuming. Students are asked to arrive punctually for your first timetabled lesson.
Making good use of your time
We hope all students enjoy the break and get the opportunity for a rest after a busy term. However the break also allows you an opportunity to catch up on any work missed, revise key topics and prepare for crucial exams and assessments next term. There are some great tips on making use of this time on many websites, including The Student Room here. We look forward to seeing you refreshed and ready to learn again.
