Hey there, everyone! We’re thrilled to share with you the incredible journey our T Level female students in Finance have embarked on over the past six weeks as they’ve tackled the Gain Investment Challenge head-on.
Guided by their dedicated mentor, Yas from HSBC, these students have delved deep into the world of finance, analysing company reports, decoding financial trends, and honing their skills in investment strategy. Together, they’ve navigated the complexities of the market, focusing their efforts on understanding and evaluating the performance of the renowned company, OCADO.
Through hard work, determination, and a healthy dose of teamwork, our students have reached the final stage of the challenge—the Stock pitch investment challenge. This is where they’ll put their newfound knowledge and skills to the test as they prepare to deliver a compelling report and presentation.
But it’s not just about the challenge itself. In light of Women’s Day, we’re coming together to celebrate and support these talented individuals. They’re not just aiming for victory; they’re also vying for the opportunity to win funds for our college/department and themselves!
