Microsoft Teams
SBUSixth Expectations
At South Bank University Sixth Form (SBUSixth) we use Microsoft Teams to enhance learning and help to prepare all students for the their professional lives. Microsoft are the world leaders in software for professional life and we recognise how important it is for students to have access to the skills to operate seamlessly with the full power of it. All students have full remote access to all office apps through 365 and their SBUSixth log in credentials.
Students from all year groups are expected to use Microsoft Teams to access homework, assignment work and to catch up on any missed work. This can be done using their school email and password: https://teams.microsoft.com/
Teachers will regularly set work and assignments on Teams in each of their students’ ‘Teams’ (subject classes).

‘Teams’ (subject classes) can be found along the left side of the Microsoft Teams page with ‘Assignments’ (schoolwork) in each ‘Team’ at the top of the page.
Any queries or questions regarding work set on Teams can be addressed by messaging the appropriate teacher through the ‘chat’ section of Teams – or speaking to them in a tutorial.
