SBU Sixth Form works with many schools across London to provide advice and guidance to suitable students, encouraging progression to technical qualifications. School staff are welcome to contact us to arrange:
- Attendance at your post-16 careers / progression events
- Tours and/or taster sessions at SBU Sixth Form (Our subjects are Engineering, Health, Science and Business. We provide T-Level, A-Level and BTEC qualifications)
- Talks at year 9/10/11 assemblies, or career pathway tutorials with smaller groups.
- Application workshops for Year 11.
- Attendance at our ‘Taster Days’. Dates, subjects covered and places will be arranged in advance to suit your school.
For Year 10 groups: ‘Techstart’ programme – provision of Level 2 courses to school students on a one day per week day-release basis. We are running a pilot scheme with Year 10 and 11 students in 2025-2027.
